Six-week online Yoga Program including 30 hours of education on:
1. Yoga Philosophy: History, 8-limbs of Yoga, Chakra system.
2. Physical Evolution: Pranayama, Asana, Kriya, Nutrition.
3. Mental Evolution: Meditation, Focus & Flow, Personal Habits.
4. Spiritual Evolution: Beliefs, Self-reflection, Life Purpose.
5. Sadhana Integration: how to practice Yoga on your daily activities.
Weekly schedule: 3 online sessions (90 mins.) per week, for 6 weeks:
– Session 1: Conceptual Education & Discussion.
– Session 2: Yoga Asanas & Pranayama.
– Session 3: Kriya & Meditation, Group reflection.
